Alara Benefits is hiring Lead Generators & Verifiers for our U.S.-based Final Expense (FE) campaign at our DHA Phase 8, Karachi office.
You will communicate with potential customers in the United States, identify interested prospects, verify their information, and transfer qualified leads to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects
Generate qualified leads for our Final Expense campaign
Verify customer information and interest
Ask qualification questions accurately and professionally
Transfer qualified prospects to sales agents
Follow campaign scripts and company procedures
Maintain accurate lead and customer information
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Maintain professional communication with U.S.-based customers
Work closely with sales agents and management to maintain strong lead quality
Position Details
Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Office Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 65,000/month + commission

Transportation for Female Employees
Pick & drop transportation is available for female employees.
Current pickup points include Malir, Mehmoodabad, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Phase 2, and Gulistan-e-Johar, with additional locations coming soon.
We're looking for confident, professional and target-driven individuals who have experience communicating with U.S.-based customers.
Required
Fluent spoken English
Previous U.S. campaign experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based customers
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve performance goals
Reliable, punctual and professional
Must be available for the complete 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM night shift
Must be able to work on-site at our DHA Phase 8, Karachi office
Preferred Experience
1–2 years of call center, lead generation, verification or sales experience
Final Expense (FE) experience preferred
ACA or DME campaign experience preferred
Previous lead generation or verification experience
Candidates with proven Final Expense and U.S. campaign experience will be given preference.
