Who you'd be working for

Alara is a software and services platform for independent life insurance agents in the United States: websites, a CRM, an auto dialer, lead generation for live transfer leads and trained virtual staff, priced in public. The product team, the call floor and the marketing team all sit together.

Agents are the customer Independent US life insurance agents — thousands of them, all running their own small business.
We build and we run it Software on one side, a working call floor on the other. Both teams sit here.
Priced in public No setup fees, no contracts, prices on the website. That's a promise the team has to keep.
Small enough to matter You will own something real in your first month. Nobody here is a seat filler.
Hiring process
